Ellen Thompson is a Nike Training lead. Nike engaged Carr Knowledge in 2017 when they were looking for Brain-centric solutions for their global call center. The results was a reduction in training time to about half, their call center consumer feedback was increased by over 10% and an unexpected benefit of reduction in attrition has saved the company millions globally. Ellen Worked with Rich Carr to develop the Selling as Service Program which tranformed the call center into a profit center
